Iran is one of the known countries that has unfavorable energy efficiency, therefore the policy makers of the country have put the correction of this situation on the agenda. This paper has been compiled to review and study the basics of the road map for the development of high-efficiency building technologies and to present a picture of the current state of these technologies in the country. In this paper, the necessity and importance of these technologies and the necessity of developing a road map for this development are expressed. Gathering all the upstream documents in the field of these technologies, the current state of the technology and its characteristics, actors and stakeholders are examined. The strengths and weaknesses in the country for the development of energy-efficient technologies in the building sector have been identified, then the threats and opportunities caused by external factors (outside the country), which stand in the way of the development of energy-efficient technologies in the building sector inside the country, has been studied. A drawing of the existing situation is also provided. This article is useful and effective for policymakers and planners, managers and officials, researchers and academics, industrialists and builders, and in other words, all stakeholders in the field of electricity industry.

Due to the increasing non-linear loads in power systems and furthermore, the increase of loads sensitive to power quality pollution, power quality issues have become important. Power quality disturbances in general cause many problems for power systems. One of the most important problems is economic issues and costs imposed on the network. In this paper, the classification of the origin of power quality problems and the most important technical damages caused by power quality are addressed. Therefore, in this article the effect and distortions of power quality on losses and lives of equipment i.e. cables and overhead lines, power transformers, capacitor banks are formulated. Furthermore, the costs and damages caused by these disturbances on various equipment of power system have been investigated. In this regard, using the results of power quality measurement in Khizrabad (Yazd) Industrial Substation, the amount of damage to the system has been calculated in this pilot.

The goal of this paper is to achieve sustainable development. The most important way to achieve sustainable development is increasing the penetration rate of distributed energy resources (DER). A novel approach is presented in this paper for DER expansion planning problem considering multifarious support schemes. The intermittent nature as well as different uncertainties which are associated with the DER resources would cause investors to encounter risk in their investment decisions. Therefore, considering the supporting policies for increasing the penetration rate of DERs are known as an inevitable issue. The supporting policies for each of DERs technologies have remarkable impacts on investment strategy of other rivals. Under this condition, the system dynamics approach is employed in this paper for modelling of this multidimensional complex problem. System dynamics approach is known as an appropriate method for simulating the dynamics of power system and studying the effects of various factors on each other. Here, the supporting policies are contemplated in combined heat and power, wind turbine, PV and demand response resources. By using this method, the impacts of regulatory policies on market dynamics are modelled, which effect on market dynamics and investment policies of resource owners. Also, the robustness of achieving to sustainable development could be evaluated.

Extending multiple robot motion planning in unknown workspaces is a interesting scope in the Robot motion planning that in this paper is considered. It is used from radiation robots sensors in order to detect their surroundings and positions of the other robots. In this article a new approach considering two objectives is introduced. Finding safest path is as the first objective. The second objective is achieving a trajectory with minimum length. For finding the safest path, it is used from Voronoi Diagram (VD). To provide the safest path, minimizing the distance to the VS is as important criterion. Due to the VD is a geometric location with a distance from all obstacles to the workspace, therefore it is can be a suitable criteria for finding the safest path. For achieving the shortest path as the secondary objective, it is applied Euclidean distance the current position of the robot to goal position. Algorithm that applied for solving this problem is particle swarm optimization (PSO).

Traditionally, power system planning problem focuses on finding the least-cost generation resources including typical conventional fossil fuel based units without paying attention to a complete set of available generation portfolio alternatives. The predominant share of conventional fossil fuel units in power generation sector has increased concerns on climate changes, energy security, and price volatility . Having these challenges in mind, many power systems have started changing their generation portfolio including significant amounts of renewable energy resources toward a sustainable energy development. This paper presents a comprehensive approach for Generation Expansion Planning (GEP) problem in the presence of Distributed Energy Resources (DER). Different support schemes for DER investors are considered and their impacts on sustainable development are modeled. Regarding this matter, several indicators are presented for evaluating different aspects of sustainable development achievements. Moreover, a decision making framework is proposed using a combined fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The effectiveness of the proposed framework is assessed by a numerical study on a test system.
